1. General Information Only

All content published on AllTraders.pro (the “Service”), including but not limited to trader profiles, performance statistics, rankings, comments, screenshots and any other data (collectively, the “Information”), is provided for informational and archival purposes only.

Nothing on the Service constitutes:

  • investment advice,
  • financial advice,
  • legal or tax advice, or
  • a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or to allocate capital to any trader, strategy, platform or service.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should always perform your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult with an independent, licensed financial advisor.

2. User-Generated and Third-Party Data

A significant part of the Information on the Service is user-generated or derived from third-party sources, including:

  • data and screenshots taken from external trading platforms and statistics providers;
  • performance figures, descriptions and claims submitted by users or traders themselves.

The Service does not independently audit or verify:

  • the identity of traders;
  • the accuracy of performance statistics;
  • the authenticity of track records;
  • the completeness or correctness of any description, statement or representation.

The Information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or misleading, and may change over time. There is no guarantee that any Information on the Service is correct, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. Archive Nature of the Service

AllTraders.pro is designed as a public archive of traders and their historical performance. This means, among other things, that:

  • Data and profiles may remain visible for an indefinite period, even if the original external source has changed, become private or been deleted.
  • Historical snapshots may not reflect the trader’s current performance, strategy, risk level, legal status or regulatory permissions.
  • The absence of a trader or strategy from the archive does not imply anything about the quality, performance or reliability of that trader or strategy.

You must not assume that any Information is current or complete. Historical data is not a reliable indicator of future behavior.

4. Past Performance & High-Risk Trading

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Trading and investing in financial instruments – especially leveraged products such as futures, margin trading, options, CFDs and certain crypto assets – involve a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Risks include, but are not limited to:

  • rapid loss of capital, including the loss of your entire investment;
  • losses that may exceed your initial deposit (depending on product and leverage);
  • high price volatility, low liquidity and slippage;
  • technical failures, platform outages and execution delays;
  • counterparty, custody, regulatory and legal risks;

  • the Service endorses, recommends or approves that trader, strategy, platform or brand;
  • the Service has verified their performance, risk management, regulatory status or legal compliance;
  • there is any partnership, sponsorship or commercial relationship with them (unless explicitly stated).

Any logos, brand names, platform names or trademarks displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may include links or references to third-party websites, platforms, tools or services (for example, trading platforms, copy-trading sites, signal providers, statistics services, social networks).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service does not control, maintain or operate these third-party sites or services.
  • The Service is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, performance or security.
  • Your use of any third-party site or service is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms, conditions and policies of those third parties.

The Service assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites or services linked or referenced on AllTraders.pro.

7. No Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of the Service, including viewing Information or contacting traders via links or data provided on AllTraders.pro, does not create:

  • any advisory, fiduciary or client relationship with the Service or its Operator;
  • any obligation on the Operator to monitor your trading, manage your funds, or provide you with personalised advice.

The Operator does not accept any responsibility for decisions you make or fail to make based on the Information or on any communications with traders you find through the Service.

8. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. No Liability for a Free, Informational Service
    The Service is provided free of charge and on an informational and archival basis only. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and all persons involved in creating, operating or providing the Service shall have no liability whatsoever to you in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any Information.
  2. Exclusion of Certain Damages
    Without limiting the foregoing, and again to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any:
    • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages;
    • loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
    • loss of opportunity or any other intangible losses,
    arising out of or in connection with the Service or the Information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  3. Residual Cap on Liability
    If, notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimers, any liability is found to exist and cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or this Disclaimer shall in all cases be limited to a maximum of EUR 10 (ten euros).

Nothing in this section seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

By using AllTraders.pro, you expressly agree that:

  • You use the Service at your own risk.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any investment, trade or relationship with any trader, platform or service.
  • You will not rely exclusively on the Information provided on the Service when making financial decisions, and you will conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, obtain professional advice.

If you do not understand or accept these risks and disclaimers, you must not use AllTraders.pro for any investment or trading decisions.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure

This Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, in applicable laws or in the Operator’s practices.

  • The “Last updated” date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised.
  • Continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.

If you do not agree with the current version of this document, you should stop using the Service.
