1. Introduction

Welcome to AllTraders.pro (“AllTraders”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://alltraders.pro/ and any related pages, content, features or services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, including by submitting a trader profile or viewing trader profiles, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You also acknowledge that the Service is designed as a public archive of traders and trading performance, and that profiles and historical data are intended to remain publicly available for an indefinite time, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

2. Who We Are

AllTraders.pro is a publicly accessible online archive of traders, including but not limited to crypto, stock, futures and spot traders.
The Service stores profiles, performance links and periodic snapshots of trading results to create a long-term record of trading activity.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and
  2. You have full power and authority to enter into these Terms,
  3. If you submit information about a trader (including yourself or a third party), you have the legal right or authority to do so and to grant the rights described in these Terms.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.

4. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to:

  • Submit trader profiles, including name, strategy name, platform, performance metrics, contact information and a link to trading statistics (“Trading Stats Link”);
  • Upload logos or other images associated with the trader;
  • View public profiles and archived snapshots of trading results over time.

The core concept of the Service is:

“Traders come and go, the archive remains.”

We aim to maintain a historical record of traders and their performance that is not subject to ordinary deletion or removal requests.

You understand and agree that:

  • The Service may periodically capture, store and display historical snapshots from your Trading Stats Link or related sources;
  • These snapshots and profiles may remain public even if the original external data changes, becomes private, or is deleted;
  • The Service may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without liability to you.

5. Account Registration and Security

We may allow or require user accounts for submitting or managing profiles (“Account”). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information;
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your Account.

6. User-Submitted Content and License Grant

“User Content” means any information, data, text, images, logos, links, or other content you submit or upload to the Service, including:

  • Trader name and details;
  • Strategy information and performance metrics;
  • Trading Stats Links and any content we capture or archive from such links;
  • Logos, pictures or other materials.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  1. Rights & Permissions
    • You own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and consents to submit it and to grant the rights described here.
    • Your submission does not violate any third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or contractual rights).
  2. Accuracy & Non-misleading Content
    • All information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission.
    • You will not fabricate performance, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your role in any trading strategy or account.
  3. License to AllTraders
    You grant AllTraders a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable license, for the maximum period allowed by law, to:
    • host, store, cache, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical reasons), adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display the User Content, in whole or in part,
    • in any media now known or later developed,
    • for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting and archiving the Service.
  4. Archive / Persistence
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you:
    • agree that User Content you submit may be stored and displayed in the archive indefinitely;
    • waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have to demand removal, alteration or attribution changes, except where such waiver is not permitted by applicable law.

7. Archive Nature, Retention and Removal of Profiles

7.1 No Ordinary Deletion on Request
The Service is designed as a historical archive. As a general rule:

  • We do not remove trader profiles or performance snapshots simply because a trader no longer wishes to be listed or is dissatisfied with their historical performance.
  • By submitting your profile or allowing your data to be submitted, you accept the archival and long-term nature of the Service.

7.2 Our Right (Not Obligation) to Remove or Modify Content
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, annotate, restrict or disable access to any User Content at any time, at our sole discretion, including if we believe that:

  • it is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful;
  • it infringes or may infringe third-party rights;
  • we are required to do so by law, regulation or court/authority order;
  • it poses unacceptable legal, security or reputational risk to us.

We are not obliged to explain or justify any decision to remove or retain content, and you have no right to compensation for any removal, modification or loss of visibility.

7.3 Requests from Traders or Third Parties (Complaints)
If you believe that a profile or information about you is inaccurate, incomplete, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise infringes your rights, you may contact us at [support@alltraders.pro] with:

  • clear identification of the content in question;
  • an explanation of why you believe it is unlawful or inaccurate;
  • supporting documentation where reasonable (e.g., ID, proof of trading results, court decision).

We will review such requests in good faith and at our sole discretion may:

  • update or annotate the profile;
  • request additional information;
  • restrict or remove certain content; or
  • decline to make changes, especially where we consider the content to be a legitimate part of the historical archive.

Nothing in this section obliges us to remove or modify lawfully published historical information, except where required by applicable law.

8. Accuracy, No Endorsement, No Investment Advice

8.1 User Responsibility for Accuracy
User Content is primarily user-generated. We do not guarantee that any profile, performance figure, claim or statement is accurate, complete or up to date.

8.2 No Endorsement
The inclusion or ranking (explicit or implicit) of any trader or strategy in the archive:

  • does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by AllTraders;
  • does not mean we have verified their identity, performance or qualifications.

You understand that traders may have incentives to present themselves in a favorable way, and that the data may be incomplete, outdated or misleading.

8.3 No Investment Advice or Solicitation
Information on the Service is for informational and archival purposes only and:

  • does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice;
  • does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, engage in copy trading, allocate capital to any trader, or use any platform or broker.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on the Service and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

  1. Submit any User Content that is:
    • false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive;
    • defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene or otherwise unlawful;
    • infringing any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other rights.
  2. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
  3. Use the Service for:
    • spam, scams, phishing or any fraudulent scheme;
    • market manipulation, front-running, pump-and-dump schemes or other illegal trading practices;
    • advertising or promoting unlicensed or illegal financial services.
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, including by:
    • introducing viruses, malware or harmful code;
    • scraping, crawling or harvesting data in a way that overloads or damages the Service, except where permitted by applicable law and our robots.txt or written consent.
  5. Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code of the Service, except where explicitly allowed by law.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice and without liability.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service (excluding User Content) and its underlying technology, design, layout, logos, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to AllTraders and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose (viewing or submitting trader profiles), in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Service (other than your own User Content) without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Links and Trading Stats

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services (including Trading Stats Links).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites or services.
  • Third-party sites may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
  • By providing a Trading Stats Link, you authorize us to access, view and capture content from that link, including performance data and screenshots, for archiving and display within the Service, provided that such access does not circumvent technical restrictions (login walls, paywalls, etc.).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that providing the Trading Stats Link and allowing us to capture related content does not violate the terms of use, privacy policy or other rules of the third-party site. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from such violations (see Section 13).

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that:

  1. Service “As Is”
    The Service and all content (including User Content) are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
  2. No Guarantee of Uptime or Preservation
    • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or that any data will be preserved or accessible at all times.
    • Although the goal is a long-term archive, technical failures, hacks, legal requirements or business decisions may lead to partial or total loss of data.
  3. No Responsibility for User Content
    We are not responsible for any User Content posted by users or for any damage or harm resulting from your reliance on such content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Exclusion of Certain Damages
    AllTraders, its owners, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
  • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages;
  • loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption; or
  • other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  1. Cap on Direct Damages Because the Service is provided free of charge and on an informational and archival basis only, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
  • we shall have no liability to you in connection with the Service or these Terms; and
  • if, notwithstanding the foregoing, any liability is found to exist, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms shall in all cases be limited to a maximum of EUR 10 (ten euros).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability to this extent; in such cases, the above limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law..

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AllTraders, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  1. Your use of the Service;
  2. Your User Content, including any allegation that it is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or infringes any third-party rights;
  3. Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
  4. Your violation of any third-party terms in relation to content linked or submitted (e.g., trading platforms’ or stats providers’ terms).

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

15. Data Protection and Privacy

We may process personal data (for example, trader names, contact details, trading profile information) in connection with the Service.

  • Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including public display of trader profiles and historical performance data.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with data protection laws (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom):

  • You may have certain rights with respect to your personal data (such as access, rectification or erasure), as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Because the Service is designed as a public archive of trading history, we may rely on legitimate interest, freedom of expression and information, archiving in the public interest, or legal obligations to retain certain data and may not always be able to fully comply with requests for deletion where they conflict with those interests or legal requirements.
  • We will assess any such requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

16. Termination and Suspension

We may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • we decide to discontinue the Service.

Upon termination:

  • your right to use the Service will immediately cease;
  • we may retain and continue to display User Content already in the archive, to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the archival nature of the Service.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and/or these Terms at any time.

  • If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and may provide additional notice (e.g., on the website).
  • Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law:

  • These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue, except where mandatory law provides you with a right to bring claims in another forum (for example, certain consumer protection rules).

Nothing in this Section 18 limits any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.

The parties may also agree in writing to resolve particular disputes through arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where permitted by applicable law.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
